was a night watchman.

 

Arthur Clem Hutchinson was born in Peru, Nebraska.  He moved with his family to Thomas County,  Kansas, where he grew up and got his education.  He married Mary Bourquin on September 20, 1905, in Colby, KS.  He was a farmer.  They moved to Idaho in 1916, settling on a farm near Filer, ID.  They moved to Nampa in 1920 and to Boise in 1923.  He resided in Boise, with Mary, at 1212 North 16th Street, until his death in December of 1960.
