Turbine boat layout design

        Due to the success of this first prototype, and all the responses from many individuals and companies, I am working on a 26' American Offshore Catarman air entrapment hull and in process of designing the powertrain and controls system to handle the 983 horsepower turbine that I have decided to use. My goal for this next conversion is ultimately production units of an affordable, high performance recreation turbine powered CAT with speeds up to 110+ MPH, turbine reliability, simple operation, and excelent low speed manuverability. Here are some pictures of this new turbine conversion. It is a 26' American offshore CAT.
