-Non-Commissioned Admiralty ranks will now be displayed in signatures if you have stepped down from an Admiral rank or are coming in from the Tie Corps. The ID Line page has been updated with this.
-I made a new template for the Fleet pages.

-When a member of Admiral rank should step down or be demoted from position down to FLM, FLL, SQXO, SQCM they will be demoted to the rank of Captain (CAPT). The only exception to this policy is if that officer has been
any of the General Ranks. This is a policy laid out by the Battle Fleet Commander. The changes have been made at the bottom of the Promotions section.
