Step Down or Position Demotion of Admirality
When a member of Admiral rank should step down or be demoted from position
down to FLM, FLL, SQXO, SQCM they will be demoted to the last line rank plus 1 they held before promotion to Admirality. Example (If RAUH Solo was a CAPT before his promotion to Admirality, when he steps down his rank will be MJR.)
