| -CHAIN OF COMMAND- |
The GMBF has a very simple but yet directive Chain of Command that should be carried out at all times in the below chain:
FLM => FLL => SQXO => SQCM => WCXO => WC => CMXO => COM => BFXO => BFCOM
The break in the Chain of Command may be done in under the following situations: - No response from your direct superior after 2 or more attempts
- Command Officer Neglegence
When the break in the chain must be done you should supply
a reason for this first in your message to the next superior. |
| -MEDALS- |
All finalized medal recommendations must be approved by the MOO (Medals Operation Officer).
When a commanding officer receives a medal recommendation they will send the recc up through the Chain of Command accordingly. The last CO in this chain will then forward the recommendation to the MOO for approval. |
| -SQUADRON CRAFT AND OBJECTIVES- |
Under certain special circumstances can the Squadron Starfighters and Objective be changed. If the circumstances meet the BFCOM's approval, below are the steps in the changing process:
- First a petition must be signed by all members in the Squadron, WCXO, Wing Commander and signed approval by the Commodore
- Command Officer Neglegence
The Ship Commodore forwards the petition to the BFXO and BFCOM. It would now be in the decision of the BFCOM
