Executive Officer to the Squadron Commander. A position given to the most dedicated of the Flight Leaders and is meant to be a learning experience for future SQCM positions.

Mediates any confrontations or disputes between Squadron members
Constant comm with Squadron
Carries out orders given by the Squadron Commander
May award up to a LoM with SQCM approval
May submit changes to any of the 3 Flights Nick Names, Home Pages

Commander of a TSF Squadron which consists of 3 Flights housing 4 pilots. The SQCM is given to the most dedicated and hardworking pilot of a squadron, usually the SQXO.
Provided a Message Board, Home Page, Banner for the Squadron
Must provide the Squadron with competitions and events to secure activity
Constant comm with Squadron
Carries out orders given by the Wing Commander
Reviews comments, ideas and disputes from FLM's, FLL's, SQXO
May award up to a LoM
Appoints new Flight Leaders and Squadron XO's
May promote pilots up to the rank of LCNL
Reviews pilot file submissions from squadron members
Must submit a Squadron report once a week with Squadron and Fleet wide information

Executive Offcier to the Wing Commander. Only the most dedicated and hardworking Squadron Commanders are appointed.

Mediates confrontations and disputes among Wing members

Carries out any extra orders given by the Wing Commander
Reviews comments, ideas and questions from FLM's, FLL's, SQXO's and SQCM's
May award up to a DSM with WC approval

Commander of a TSF Wing consisting of 5 squadrons, with a possible total Wing population of 67 pilots including the WC and all XO's. Only the most dedicated and hardworking Squadron Commanders are appointed.
Overlooks the entire operation of a Wing
Mediates confrontations and disputes among all Wing members
Constant comm with all Wing members
Must provide Wing members with competitions and events on a regular bases
Reviews comments, ideas and questions from all Wing members
May submit roster changes to Squadron/Wing positions, Nick Names, Home Pages
Appoints new Squadron Commanders and Wing XO
May promote pilots up to the rank of LTGN
May award up to a BS

May promote pilots up to the rank of FADM
May award up to the NC and MoH
