Day and Night
Traveling on foot the warm summer day
Nature music plays in the running streams
Beside the peaceful rose the rabbit rests
Compare not the seashells to this beauty
Now cold night hovers like smoke from the town
In the pitch darkness the storms move in quick
Rain beats down its hate and greed upon me
A fire will drive this sickness away
Alone and scared I ponder the times sought
Paradise is the day and night is not
