Ideas for Fics I Would Like to Write or See Written

Ghost: Something I always thought should have happened at Ranma and Akane’s first meeting.

Randorako’s Tail: A typical beginning to the Ranma story only when the Saotomes arrive, there is an addition to the group. A five year old girl with red hair with black stripes. Turns out that when Ranma and Genma went to Jusenkyou the Musk were there before them using the spring of drowned girl to make women from a variety of animals. Fortunately for Ranma, the locking ladle was not present. Seeing the musk warriors about to toss a tiger cub into the spring and hearing the Jusenkyou guide tell him what the musk did with their women, Ranma seemed to snap and attacked the musk. In the course of the battle, Ranma and the tiger cub become cursed to turn into girls. Fleeing to the Amazon village with the other newly cursed animals, Ranma is looked upon as a savior even though he is normally a man. Adopted as an honorary Amazon, Ranma decides to keep the tiger girl as his own child much to Genma’s dismay. It is shortly after that Genma finds out how protective Ranma can be when he tries to get rid of the tiger girl (now named Randorako – Wild tiger child) The neko-ken has altered so that it’s now triggered whenever anything threatens Ranma’s daughter. This is something Akane finds out when she decides to take a bath with the cute girl after her fight with Ranma on the first day. Afterwards, Akane refuses to have anything to do with Ranma or that ‘dangerous wild animal’. Ranma says he’ll never marry anyone who can’t accept his daughter. Kasumi meanwhile bonds with the hyper little girl and eventually begins to fall for Ranma. This is of course a Ranma Kasumi matchup. Don’t have much more than that really. One of the reasons I haven’t written anything on it.

Wild Horse of Jurai: Ranma isn’t who he seems! (not like we haven’t read a million of those) Nabiki becomes curious when Ranma keeps disappearing for short periods of time. Following him one day to the Nekokatten, she watches him go into a hidden door in the back of the seemingly deserted restaurant. What she finds is a high tech listening post that belongs to the Empire of Jurai. Apparently, King Azuza has decided that since Tenchi is the heir to the throne, Earth must be brought into the Jurian Empire. To do this as calmly as possible, outposts have been set up all over the world (basically anyplace that has a lot of weird stuff happening) to prepare the Earth’s population for the idea of aliens and the idea of being part of a great intergalactic government. Ranma of course is the head agent in Nerima and the Amazons and Happosai are working for him. Turns out there is no Jusenkyou or Jokestuzoku. Ranma uses a disguise field to change genders and Cologne and Happosai may be as old as they claim but don’t look like it. Ranma tells Nabiki that he allowed her to follow him because he needs her help. Things are behind schedule and he thinks that with Nabiki’s help Japan can be prepared much faster. Ranma/Nabiki matchup of course.
