History of Southwest

Over fifty years ago, thirty-five Christians started a new congregation in Ada, OK known as the Southwest church of Christ. Though our current building is located at 17th and Johnston, we did not move there until October 1, 1972. Since that time, our congregation has grown to over 500 members, representing 300 family units. Recent growth has made it necessary to expand our facility by adding a fellowship building. The new fellowship building contains a library, a fellowship hall that can be converted to classrooms and our staff offices.
