Please consider using Outlook for email, rather than Outlook Express.
Outlook has the ability to backup/restore in case your machine needs to be reloaded or replaced.
Setup Instructions for Outlook
If you are using Outlook Express and want to convert to Outlook, open Outlook and select Import.

Change Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server to
mail.ssccardinals.org

Change Incoming Mail (POP3) Server to
mail.ssccardinals.org

Change POP3 User / account name to your assigned email user name. Usually your first name a period and then your last name.  example: john.doe


In the email address box type in
????.?????@ssccardinals.org
where ???? is your assigned email user name

Type the same thing in the Reply-to Address box

If people are having trouble sending you an email?

- Try taking out the "mail" before your email address. example: john.doe@ssccardinals.org

- Make sure they have it spelled correctly.  Send an email to them and then have them send you a reply.  That way you know they have the correct address.

- Sometime people are blocked by our email filter at the ESU level.  Have them change the subject line in their email.
