Public Notice Page Proofs

Click the 'Download Notices' button below to download a proof copy of the public notice pages for the upcoming issue of the Dakota County Star.  The download is updated each Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. with the week's public notice proof copy.

Those who have submitted legal notices may make changes until 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday morning.  All changes must be either E-mailed, Faxed or Called in by 8:00 a.m. or the changes cannot be made due to the printing schedule.  The deadline for receiving the original copy is Monday at 3:00 p.m. unless there is a holiday or a printing schedule change due to a holiday.  In that case a notice will be published the week prior to the deadline change in the paper and also posted in the column on the right side of this page.

The download time for the pages will vary due to file size and your internet connection speed.  In most cases it should take less than a minute.  Use Acrobat Reader to open and view the files.  If you do not have a copy of Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, click the Adobe Acrobat button on the right and download a free copy from Adobe.

We encourage all persons or entities to submit their public notices via E-mail and to confirm that the E-mail was received by either sending a faxed copy or calling for a voice confirmation.  Acceptable formats include: Microsoft Word Files, Rich Text Files, Text Files, and PDF files for boxed notices.  Please call 402-494-4264 if you have questions.
