This site is designed for a web standards compliant web browser such as Firefox. If you are using Firefox, you will need version 1.5 at least. If you are using Internet Explorer, you will need version 6 or better. This web site involves Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and Adobe Flash Player 8 or better. Some pages may have Adobe Acrobat files for download. Below are some links to the products mentioned above.

SCREEN PRINTING
To create a screen print, follow these instructions. Doing this will help resolve the problem faster.
- When an issue occurs with this web site, make sure the problem is on screen.
- Push the "Print Screen" button near the top right of your keyboard.
- Click on the "Start Menu", then on "All Programs", then "Accessories".
- In the final menu should be a program called "Paint".
- When the program loads, go to the menus at the very top.
- Click on "Edit", then "Paste ". This will put the image into the program.
- In the menus, click on "File" then "Save".
- Save it where you can remember it, then attach it to an email to the webmaster. (Click here to email webmaster - This is also found at the bottom of each page.)
- You may close the paint program.
