This is the only form needed at the beginning of the season to purchase and register your individual players- Individual registration is required for 
ALL J.O. PLAYERS

 This form is due in order to enter a
 post season tournament
 (District, Sub-State or State)

This roster is not needed until your team plays their first post season tournament
(District, Sub-State or State) 

This is the form needed to sanction an invitational tournament and register the teams in the invitational tournament
