To Whom It May Concern: Over the past 15 years I have known and interacted with Lynna Howard in a number of capacities—she has been my supervisor, co-worker, teammate, client and friend. I've never seen her assume a role in which she didn't demonstrate enthusiasm and energy, creatvity and pragmatism, friendliness and humor. Lynna was "virtually" introduced to me eight years ago by a colleague who uses her services for Internet website, trade show and publicity requirements. To Whom It Concern: I worked with Lynna Howard at Megacards, Inc. from September of 1986 to December 1994. During most of our working relationship, we worked together very closely as a team, creating designs and copy for Megacards' packaging, advertising, brochures and order forms. As the head of the Art Department, I have always relied on Lynna to give me accurate information, copy and other input critical to our production. Together we developed many aspects of the product line that brought Megacards from a small company with a few employees to a publicly-traded corporation with several hundred employees. During Megacards' rapid growth, Lynna took on many duties for which she had no training or obvious background. Nevertheless, she was always successful with each new project. She does the necessary research, formulates a plan, and guides other personnel through the project, often learning and teaching as she goes. I never worked with anyone who was more thorough in supplying the details my department needed to do a good job. It is a hard thing to describe or to put your finger on, but Lynna has another quality which everyone in my department really appreciated. Perhaps "respect" is the best word for it. Lynna shows a real respect for other peoples' opinions and input. We never hesitate to go to her with our suggestions or comments.
