This is a beautiful 1960 MGA 1600 Roadster in sound, driveable condition.
It is a totally rust-free and unrestored Idaho car equipped with original wire wheels and front disc brakes.
It had only one owner since 1969, and was recently pulled out of ten-year storage and put back into driving condition with new fluids, hoses, fuel pump, battery, etc.
It has a strong 1600 cc engine, and will be a really fun driver or the foundation for a concourse restoration.
The strongest point of this car is the total and complete absence of rust or rot anywhere. Zip! Nada! Zilch!
It has never been wrecked, repaired, disassembled or restored, and body panels are all straight and original with excellent gaps and absolutely no filler.
Exterior finish is an older repaint in a medium blue metallic color.
Although definitely not original, it is very attractive and garners positive comments from all but the most diehard MG Club purists.
Paint condition is very good, with a few scattered chips on some exposed edges, but no peeling, blistering, orange peel, etc.
Fender welting was all painted over during respray, rather than being renewed as it should have been.
Chrome appears to be all original, and is in straight and presentable "street-driver" condition, but certainly not show.
