MISSION STATEMENT

The Ponca City Humane Society is a non-profit community organization, whose purpose is to:

Provide care for stray, injured abused, and abandoned animals for as long as practical, and working towards the prevention of cruelty to animals.

Promote and educate the public on responsible pet ownership; spaying and neutering; animal care and health; local, state and federal laws concerning animals.

Help reunite lost pets with owners.

Secure, use and distribute contributions from individuals, groups, organizations and corporations for the benefit of such animals, and

Maintain an animal shelter in connection with the Society's operations and activities.
