Hello,

I have a home inspection scheduled for you. Per Arizona state law I must have a signed Agreement before I can deliver the report. My policy is to have the Agreement signed before doing the inspection.

Here are the Agreement and a copy of the Standards of Professional Practice for Arizona Home Inspectors.

Both files are in adobe (.pdf) format. Most computers can easily open these files. A free adobe reader is available HERE .

Please print and sign the Agreement, and fax or mail it back to me. A fully signed Agreement and a full copy of the Arizona Standards of Professional Practice will be included with your report.

If I have an email address for you, I will email the report to you the morning after the inspection (in addition to delivering/mailing your original copy)."
