Used for medical research, social studies, espionage, military authorities,secret security agencies, police, observation, behaviour, science,psychological experiments, cognitive research and psychiatry, amongst otherdisciplines.

Also utilized for behavioural manipulation, brain-washing, memory reduction,personality alteration, the new methods of torture, biological modification orpathogenic research.
