My Apartment - July 19, 2006

  • Front of Apartment - OldThis is the "front" of my apartment, or den.  This is where I end up spending most of my time.  It's where my TV, computer, stero, DVD player, and video game systems are..  It has changed signifigantly since this picture however.  The TV you see has been replaced with a HDTV, and my computeres, printer, and CRT monitor have been moved in.

  • Front Side of Aprtment - OldTo the right in this picture is my "gaming chair" this is the chair I have been playing games in for nearly 10 years.  It's old and dirty, but it has soaked up much of my awesome video game experience, making me unstopable when I use it.  Currently my computer is to the imediat left of my chair.

  • My Computer - OldThis is my old computer setup in my bedroom.  The PC closes to you is my old rig, an AMD Athalon 900Mhz, serving as a file server running Red Hat Fedora Linux (Core 5).  The black box behind it is my current (custome hand built) rig, used for gaming, work, and everything else.  It dual boots Unbuntu and Windows XP.  It's a AMD 3200 Venice Core system, 1GB RAM, with a GeForce 7800GT. My pride and joy, currently under the name Mahem.

  • Apartment Back - Wide Angle - Dirty This is the back end of my apartment, or the 'living room'.  You can see my overflowing bookshelves and dinning table here.  I'm seriously running out of bookshelf space, and really don't have enough space for another bookshelf.  The table is covered with RPG stuff, and I use the whiteboard at right for maps.  I don't realy eat at the table very much.

  • Bedroom - OldThis is my bedroom, as you can see it is very small.  I sleep on a single, which I have all my life.  So even being as tall as I am, I feel comfortable on it.  The computer and printer in the foreground are no longer there, I have moved them into the 'den.'  They have been replaced with my old TV and an X-box so I can run 8 person Halo games if I like.  Hopefully I will move my printer and a print server/firewall in here in the future.

  • Back of Apartment - DirtyA wider angle shot of my 'living room.'  I really love my table, which I inherited from my grandmother.  It's very nice, and the perfect size for my apartment.  Sometimes when I am playing RPGs I wish I had something a little bigger, but I really wouldn't have space for it.  You can also see my closet and door to the patio there, not much realy in them.  Fencing equipment, paintball guns, vacume, and jackets is all.

  • KitchenThis is my kitchen, which is also very small.  I do a fair amount of cooking and it is sufficent to my needs.  It's got an oven, four burners, a dishwasher, sink and microwave (on top of the refigerator). There is also a toaster oven in there as well.  I'm pretty happy to say the dishes are all done right now, which is one of the things I have to work on keeping up with.  Us single guys tend let them pile up.

  • Bathroom - OldSide shot of my bedroom, showing some of my closet, and my bathroom hallway.  You can also see the curtain I have hung to give my bedroom some added privacy (and to cut down on light).  There is no door, in fact the only door in my aparment is the one in the bathroom.  I guess I should be glad to have that!  You can see my dirty laundry, which I have gotten behind on again.
