Finally after much sweat and cursing I have 8 blank counters suitable for Car Wars vehicle creation.  Just open them up in paint and start creating your own machines o' death.  If this won't open in paint and reconvert them simply do a "print screen" of this page and paste it to paint then select it and copy it into another paint screen.  Hopefully this will work, but I'm still waiting feedback on it from others.
