		Requirements
TOP MERC		Highest MERC Ranking signifies ability to teach strategies and adapt.
1st  MERC		A Leadership Rank that consults directly with the Generals.  Admirals should be the first-line of help for all members concerns.  Respected amongst other high ranking officials, must be nominated or appointed for this position.
MERC Captain		At this rank the MERC's skill should speak for himself.  He has to be in M4H for at least 3 months, have at least 20 medals and be a noted team  player and strategist.(MVP can not exceed Half of Requirement Medals)
MERC Commander		A up and coming captain. He has to be in M4H for 1 month, have at least 10 medals and be a very good team  player.  Squad Leader of 4 guys.(2xMax MVP)
Merc Sergeant		Denotes a very skilled or active player who does not have the requirements for commander rank yet.
Merc		Denotes a good player with at least  5 medals.(1 Max MVP)
Merc Cadet		Denotes an average player with at least  3 medals.(1 Max MVP)
Rookie		Denotes a very low skilled player or inactive player
Recruit		A new member in M4H
*Participation and skill influences rank. All promotions will be decided by the Top Merc Council.

		Requirements
Medal of Honor		The medals above all medals, presented by the commander's or vice commander's only, designates service above and beyond the call of duty. The member must proven himself a leader, must be very skilled, must be very active in participation, must have longevity in M4H, must be a highly decorated member.
Medal of Ultimate Skill		Is awarded to MERC with exceptional skills in combat. The member must have all 7 Mastery Medals, x20 Most Valuable Player Medals, x6 Purple Hearts, x8 Annihilation Medals and x6 Bronze or Silver Stars.
Medal of Exceptional Skill		Is awarded to MERC with exceptional skills in combat. The member must have 4 of the 7 Mastery Medals, x10 Most Valuable Player Medals, x4 Purple Hearts, x4 Annihilation Medals and x4 Bronze or Silver Stars.
Medal of Ultimate Service		Is awarded to MERC with "TOP MERC" service in the clan. .To obtain you must have the Distinguished Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal and Achievement Service Medal, Recruitment Medal, Leadership Medal and at least x5 Good Conduct Medals.
Leadership Medal		Presented to member who is put in a leadership role for M4H.
Distinguished Service Medal		Awarded to MERCS who have served M4H for more than 1 year.  This medal displays complete loyalty to M4H.
Meritorious Service Medal		Awarded to MERCS who have served M4H for more than 6 Months
Achievement Service Medal		Awarded to MERCS who have served M4H for more than 3 Months
Merc of the Month		Awarded to MERC who was voted at the Player or Rookie of the Month
Silver Star		30 Kills or more in any completed ranked game. (During any Match)
Bronze Star		20 Kills or more in any completed ranked game. (During any Match)
Most Valuable Merc Medal		Awarded to MERC who was the Most Valuable Player during a clan war.
Bang Out Medal		Awarded to MERC who single-handily eliminated 6 or more foes during a clan war.
Good Conduct Medal		Awarded to MERCS who followed the orders of a Top 5  members. This medal displays the complete loyalty of the member and emphasis teamwork. Can only be awarded by the Top 5.
Recruitment Medal		Awarded to MERC who recruited 2 members into M4H. (Awarded only once)
Purple Heart		Awarded to MERC who during a war completes the objective to win the game. This medal displays the initiative and mental focus required to keep one's mind on the mission, and not just the death of terrorists. Will be awarded by Top 5
Most Improved Merc		Awarded to MERC who was awarded Most Improved Player of the month.
Sniper MERC		Awarded to MERC who has 300 Sniper kills
Pistol MERC		Awarded to MERC who has  200 Handgun kills
Grenade MERC		Awarded to MERC who has 300 Grenade kills
SMG MERC		Awarded to MERC who has 500 Sub Machine Gun kills
Assault MERC		Awarded to MERC who has 500 Assault Rifle kills
Vehicle MERC		Awarded to MERC who has 100 Vehicle kills
Field MERC		Awarded to MERCS who has over 300 kills by Mines/Claymores/Shotguns. This number is discovered by taking your total kills and subtracting the other kills
Dummy MERC  Medal		Given to any member of M4H who's lack of fighting ability, lack of tactics or lack of strategy, caused the clan too shake there head in disappointment.
