Why are so many foods bad for us?
There are no good foods or bad foods, just better food choices. This myth that certain foods are bad for us will probably never go away. The hype about nutrition comes from the countless weight loss gimmicks and fad diets, the worthless diet books, and the self proclaimed nutrition gurus. This misinformation does nothing more than rip people off and set them up to fail from day one. Realizing that a diet simply consists of the food we eat and that no one is "on" a diet is the first step toward success. Establishing a healthful diet is not about buying packaged foods, supplements, and other products. It's about educating yourself on nutrition.
