Randy Sandke - Trumpet

According to Larry Kart, Chicago Tribune, Randy is "One of the best young trumpet players around". Randy has worked with such diverse musical personalities as Benny Goodman, Michael Brecker and Robert Palmer.

Randy's first solo album, "New York Stories" won him a place on the Jazz Times national playlist as well as the 1987 Grammy eligibility lists for both best new artist and best jazz album. He was also chosen by Bob Wilber to recreate Harry James' trumpet solos in Carnegie Hall for the 50th anniversary of Benny Goodman's celebrated concert.

Randy has also worked with George Wein's Newport Allstars, Peanuts Hucko, Lionel Hampton, Dizzy Gillespie, Clark Terry, Flip Phillips and many others.
