Most remodels and repairs are done on an hourly basis. Hourly
rates are as follows:

These prices do not include material costs.
New construction is normally done on a piecework basis,
scaled according to difficulty.

Normal house (8' ceilings, square corners): |
$0.75 per square drywall foot |

Higher ceilings, round corners, arches, skylights, etc. : |
Normally raises the price in 5-cent increments. |
These prices include material costs.
