Text Box: Location: Bottomless Lakes State Park 13 miles east of Roswell, New Mexico Date: August 23 2008 (Saturday) Distance: 0.8K swim / 14K bike / 4K run / 14K bike / 4K run Cost: $45. 00 Deadline: August 15 , 2008 (NO RACE DAY ENTRY) Award Divisions: Awards will be given to participants after the last finisher, based upon their overall placing, their respective 5 year age group, and for Athena and Clydesdales divisions This is a formula –1 style draft legal triathlon and will be limited to the first 120 entrants. This race will also serve as the Bottomless Lakes Series Championship. The champions of the series will be determined by adding their composite placing (“CP”) from the two events. The CP is computed by multiplying a participant overall placing and age group placing. (Example: 3rd overall, 2nd in age group will have a CP of 6 (2x3=6)
