In this complex world, more and more individuals, institutions and businesses are at risk because of probable crisis situations. Not being adequately prepared can be devastating to people, reputations and overall corporate survival.

This costly issue has been a major focus for IDI. Conflict and crisis - up to and including violence in the workplace - have spurred IDI to make the decision to become more proactive in managing the effects of this problem. In every incident that we commonly refer to as a crisis, prevention should be the first consideration. Prevention is protection!
