Confidentiality:
A very important aspect of behavioral health is confidentiality. Because confidentiality of the counseling session is essential to the employee trust, IDI will jealously protect client privacy and confidentiality. Policies of confidentiality will be strongly stressed in all orientation training sessions. Information will only be shared after a written consent form has been signed by the client and only to the named person.
