Hot Crab Dip
Canned crab is combined with cream cheese and onion, spread in a pie plate
and sprinkled with chopped almonds. It's baked and served warm with crackers.

• 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
• 1 can (about 6 oz.) crabmeat, drained and flaked
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
• 1 dash of salt
• 1 dash of pepper
• 1 tablespoon milk
• 1 bag chopped almonds
• Crackers

Preheat oven to 375F. Combine cream cheese, crabmeat, onion, salt, pepper and milk together. Spread in a pie plate; sprinkle with almonds. Bake for 15-25 minutes until the almonds get golden brown. Serve with crackers for a wonderful appetizer before dinner.
