Karin’s Everyday Waffles
Sift together:
- 1 3/4 C. Flour
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
Combine and add to dry stuff:
- 2 Egg Yolks Beaten
- 1 3/4 C. Milk
- ½ C. Oil or melted shortening
Fold in:
- 2 Egg Whites Stiffly Beaten
