Cut the chicken into serving pieces. Mix sauce and marinate chicken for 24 hours if possible.
Place the chicken on the grill so the surface of the chicken is about 8" from the heat.Turn the halves about every 5-10 minutes depending on the heat and baste them each time. The basting should be light at first and heavy near the end of the cooking period. The exact cooking time depends on the size of the chicken and how it is cut up. |
