Inside-Out Ravioli
Heat water and add noddles when the water is ready.
- 1 7-oz pkg shell macaroni
Brown the following:
- 1 lb. Ground Beef / Italian Sausage
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1 Clove Garlic (chopped)
Cook spinach; drain, reserve liquid.
- 1 10-oz pkg frozen chopped Spinach
Add enough water to make 1 cup spinach water, and then add to beef along with:
- 1 1-lb can Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 6-oz can Tomato Paste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dash Pepper
Simmer for 10 minutes. Combine spinach, macaroni and the following in a 13x9x2" baking dish:
- 1 Cup shredded Sharp American Cheese
- 1/2 Cup soft bread crumbs
- 2 well-beaten eggs
- 1/4 Cup Oil
Top with beef mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before enjoying!
