Camille's Potatoes
Peal, quarter and boil. Then drain & mash:
Whip in the following:
- 6 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 C Sour Cream
- 2 tsp Onion Salt
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Butter
Serve! Optionally, you can put the potatoes in a casserole dish, dot with butter, sprinkle with cheese, then bake 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
