Raspberry Sour Cream Ice Cream
My friend Hollis taught me this recipe since we have a ton of raspberries in our garden. If you concentrate really hard, this could be a low-cal dessert! (Yeah right!)
Combine and mix thoroughly in a mixing bowl:
- 20 oz. Raspberries
- 4 Cups Sugar
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 5 tsp Vanilla
Pour into ice cream maker, add and mix thoroughly:
- 1 Quart Cream (heavy whipping)
- 1 small can Evaporated Milk
- 6 Eggs (beaten)
Follow ice cream makers churning instructions.
