Andrea's Earthquake Cake
This recipe comes from Gretchen's sister Andrea.
Spread on the bottom of a 9x13 pan:
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup walnuts
Follow instructions on cake mix and pour over nuts/coconut.
- 1 box German Chocolate cake mix
Mix the following and pour over cake mix:
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 stick melted butter or margarine
- 8 oz of cream cheese
Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes. The top of the cake will erupt and look funky, but tastes GREAT!
