1. Rocky Unbound reserves the right, At All Times, for ANY reason, to refuse anyone entrance to or the services of Our Event. Rocky Unbound also hereby retains the right to eject patrons, at any time and at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors or Rocky Unbound security, to include issues not herein specified.

2. NO refunds, ever, for any reason.

3. NO food or drinks on the dancefloor.

4. By order of the Prince of Biloxi, there will be NO SMOKING at any time, anywhere on the ninth floor.

5. While fangs are acceptable, actual drawing of blood is not.

6. Fighting or altercations of any kind will not be tolerated. all weapons must be peace-bonded with Rocky Unbound Security. Any failure to do so will result in ejection from the ball.

7. The city of Biloxi has an 11pm curfew for patrons age 17 & under.

8. Rocky Unbound's vampire ball is intended for a mature audience and appropriate behavior is expected. In addition, minors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a guardian. We strongly discourage the attendance of minors under age 14.

9. anyone caught vandalizing or defacing hotel or R.U. property will be removed immediately and subject to legal prosecution.

10. Requests for music will be honored, within reason. Harassment of the DJ or DJ-staff members, will not be tolerated.

11. Rocky Unbound's Vampire Ball is a FORMAL event. T-shirts, shorts, jeans and ANY attire the Board of Directors deems unacceptable will not be permitted entrance to the Ball, including pre-paid or promotional ticket holders (see rule No. 2). Patrons with costumes that become unacceptable will be asked to leave.
