BASEBALL/SOFTBALL SHIRT DESCRIPTION:

            Adult and Youth MLB (registered trademark) Replica Jerseys.  50% polyester / 50% cotton Crewneck placket jersey screenprinted with authentic MLB team font or logo.  All teams must be available.  Samples required of any bid offered.  Each replica jersey will be screenprinted with league sponsors name or logo on the back of jersey.  Screens will vary in color, size and lettering(script, block, old english, etc.).  Approx. teams with screens: 150 different team logos.  Only single color screens.

            Each shirt will be numbered on back with 6" vinyl number: color will be the same as screened on front of shirt.  Numbers will run consecutively from #1 up.

Sizes needed: Youth: small, medium, large.                                                        $ _________Each Shirt

BASEBALL/SOFTBALL CAP/VISOR DESCRIPTION:

            MLB (registered trademark) Replica Hats (Baseball) and Visors (Softball).  Cotton twill construction.  Adjustable one size fits all. All teams must be available.  Samples required of any bid offered.

Sealed bids will be received in the office of  the Columbus-Lowndes Recreation Authority until 10:00 am January 18th, 2008 for the purchase of jerseys and caps.  Bids shall be marked on the outside of the envelope,  "BASEBALL/SOFTBALL JERSEY AND CAP BID". 

The bid must be on this CLRA bid form and signed by an authorized agent of the company.

Any questions from coaches/parents concerning the status of the shirts/shirt sizes must be directed to the CLRA office.

            The right to reject any and all bid in whole or in part to buy all or part from one or more bidders is reserved.  Failure to comply will cause the bid to be disqualified.
