This unique design gives the city it's claim to being the "World's Largest Horseshoe". New Plymouth is home to approximately 1,400 citizens. New Plymouth is one of three cities located in Payette County, Idaho. New Plymouth lies on US 30, northeast of I-84 in the valley of the Payette River.
