How to make your own Jaguar Rotary Controller - Cheap!!

This particular setup gives you the
fire button ONLY!
The jump and superzapper (A and C buttons) are still on the Jag controller.
The controller will still operate normally after this modification.
Parts you need:
1- Jaguar controller
1- Atari Driving Controller
1- Atari joystick (all you need is the cable)
1- 9 pin connector (I got mine from a dead Atari)
some pennies
some 14 or 16 gauge wire
Tools you need:
Phillips screwdriver
Soldering Iron + solder
1. Open up you Jag controller (the screws are under the rubber feet)
2. Remove the screws that hold the circuit boards in and make your connections (photo below)

3. Make yourself a hole in the bottom side of the case and install your connector (photo below)

4. Wire the plug up just like this diagram:


5. Open up your Driving Controller
6. Remove the cord. You won't need it.
7. Wire up the Atari joystick cable (photo below)

8. Put everything back together.
9. I put 29 more cents into this project for some spinner weight. (see photo)

10. Enjoy your cheap Jaguar Rotary controller!
