We have danced in the Fargo-Moorhead area in many different venues, including Poetry Slams, Weddings, Fundraisers, Women of Art Exhibitions, Political Gatherings, and in such places as The Fargo Theatre and the Plains Art Museum.
We practice a wide range of ethnic dances including: Arabic, Egyptian (Ancient and Modern), Gypsy, Moroccan, and Tunisian. We dance to many different music styles ranging from modern American music to ancient folk melodies.
We use a variety of accompaniments. We have dances that incorporate zils (finger cymbals), tamborines, veils, scarves, canes, baskets, and swords.
