When we are away from the office, we often Call Forward to a 445 or a 848 prefix so that you may leave a message if there is no answer.

In addition to the above hours, for the first three weeks after a list is sent out, we will also take calls from 6:00PM to 8:00 PM

Monday through Saturday. After that period of time, normal shop hours (above) will apply.

How to Order: Please do not send money with order. Write, email or phone your order and you will be advised as to what is available. Payment must be received within 10 days. Payment may be made by check, money order, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Debit Cards or American Express.

Shipping: Rates for postage, packing and insurance for domestic orders are as follows:

Orders under $300 will be billed at actual cost - over $300 there is no charge

Foreign orders, Hawaii and Alaska are billed at actual costs

UPS is used, so no PO Box numbers for shipping, please

Minimum prepaid shipping charge is $ 9.00

DUE TO THE DEEP DISCOUNTS IN SECTION K, ALL ORDERS FROM K WILL BE CHARGED ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS.

IF you should have damage, PLEASE notify UPS. The broken item will be returned to us at NO charge to you! This is the only way we can collect the UPS insurance that we pay. All Items that are to be returned must be done within 10 days of receipt. Please notify us before items are returned. Failure to notify me by phone, fax, email or mail, prior to the return of the goods, may result in a restocking fee

Orders will be shipped in order taken. The first day of a list we receive well over 70 calls, so please be patient with us!!!!
