Overview |
Antelope Meadows is a rural area north of Prescott Valley. Although not an official subdivision, Antelope Meadows does have CC&Rs and Deed restrictions that are designed to keep the area rural. The lots range from 2, 5, 10, 20, and 40 acres. Lots closer to Prescott Valley are allowed to be smaller and lots further away must be greater. The area has basically grown through lot splits over time. All properties have septic systems and wells. Power is underground. Antelope Meadows formed a road improvement district and created a paved north/south road, running through the area. All other roads in the area are through easements that are privately owned and association maintained. The homes are primarily site-built, although manufactured homes are allowed if they are less then 3 year old at the time of placement and are on permanent foundations. |
