    came to Venturia after several years (obit).
  • When mother, Karolina, died (abt 1890), Dorothea went to Wishek to live with her sister Karoline;
    later, she was referred to as an orphan (Lydia (Wiedmann) Nelson, Jun 06).
  • 1900 McIntosh County census (222-03b) lists Konrad 67, Fred 26, and Dorothea 20.
  • Bought 158.34 acres T129N, R71W, Sec. 6, NE Q dated 9/27/1904 (McIntosh County BLM records).
