Thomas Moffett to Charles C. Tautphaus
This indenture made and entered into this 14th day of July A.D. 1888 and between Thomas Moffett of Butte City, Silver Bow County, Montana Territory, party of the first part and Charles C. Tautphaus of the same place, party of the second part, Witnessth, that the party of the first part for and in consideration of One Thousand Dollars, lawful money of the United States cash in hand, the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged has this day granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, convey, revise and release unto the party of the second part and into his heirs and assigns forever, all the right title and interest now held by said first party, but also all right, title and interest he may hereafter acquire by virtue any patent issued to him the said second party from the United States of America hereafter in and to all and singular the following described real estate, situate, lying and being in Bingham County, Terretory of Idaho, to wit:
The SE 1/4 of Section 6, The SW 1/4 of Section 5
The NE 1/4 of Section 7, The NW 1/4 of Section 8
All being in Township 1 North Range 38 East B.M. for this terretory aforesaid.
Togeather with all and singular the ???????? hureditaments and appurtinances there unto belonging or in any wise appertaining. To have and to hold said premises unto the party of the second part and unto his heirs and assigns forever.
In witness and whereof the party of the first part hereunto signed his name and affixed his seal the day and year above written.
