Hello, I
am not as CRAZY
as this picture
represents. I am actually
quite normal, after all, I LOVE SNAKES. And I like to hang around other
normal people who like snakes as well. I'm not sure when I first became
aware of my fascination with snakes, because I ALWAYS remember being
crazy about them. I remember going out in Kansas around the Junction
City area and finding a lot of snakes, BUT, my parents would never let
me keep any, hence look what I turned into today!! So today I have about
100 snakes in my house, nothing BIG of course. Although I raise snakes
for the herp industry, I also have a few wild-caught snakes that are native
to Arizona. My goal is to photograph every species of snake in Arizona,
and hopefully within the next 3 years. A large task at hand, but it will
give me an excuse to go into the wilds of Arizona that I have never been to.
I have lived in Arizona since 1990 and I plan on living in this beautiful
state for the rest of my life. Too bad I didn't carry a camera in the
field with me for all those years! But now I am armed with a Digital!
One of my biggest thrills is to watch a snake in the wild and to follow
it as it goes about it's business without knowing of my presence. So
