Her name is Sharlene, and she married me for better or for worse, over 40 years ago.. Much of it has been worse, but she still hangs in with me. If all goes as planned, it will be an ETERNAL arrangement!!!

Together we have been blessed with five lovely daughters, four terrific sons-in-law, and twelve healthy and beautiful grandchildren.

I met the young girl who was to be my future wife in High School, we courted for several years and then we eloped to Las Vegas on the night of her Graduation and were married in the home of Bishop Byron Thorton. There is a story fit for a screenplay in those experiences, and through old age and selective memory, the story becomes better with every passing year.

 Sharlene has a keen interest in family, grand kids, and in genealogy, and works weekly in the local Family History Center of our Church. She would be anxious to have me urge you to go to the nearest one to you and get involved in the work of indentifying your ancestors.

There is one small interest which is shared by not only my wife and myself, but each of my children as well.. It is....
OUR  LITTLE  CABIN
where we have enjoyed some great getaways. Even though the cost is difficult to justify from a strictly economical standpoint, the joys and memories which have been built there are beyond monetary measurement..

Another interest I've developed in recent years is that of desktop publishing. From my Church newsletter to my book of poems, I've enjoyed learning about this "art form". I suppose in another life I would want to be in the newspaper business, but then what would a conservative do in today's newspaper game??
