• Notes for ANNIE TOWNS:. 1881 Asgarby Census confirms birth date and location. Listed as unmarried "DAU", confirming that she lived at home at the age of 18, with John and Ann. Annie is buried at St. Andrew cemetery, Asgarby, sharing a tombstone with sisters Sarah and Elizabeth, next to both parents. The grave location is just within the main gates to the cemetery, to the left side of the pathway. It is believed that Annie died of Tuberculosis, along with sisters Sarah and Elizabeth. She was 19 years old as per the National Burial Index.
