Towns has provided the following information: Clara lived with George Towns and his daughter Nellie in Winnipeg for a few weeks and then lived with a Mrs. Sparling in Ninga, where she attended school. She also lived with Will and Susan Towns for some time.
Clara was married in Brandon at the age of 17 to Norman Hewitt and had two children, Lawrence and Phyllis. Lawrence was born at Ninga, Manitoba and Phyllis was born at Boissevain, Manitoba. Clara became divorced from Mr. Hewitt and she married Cass Holley in Toronto in June, 1942. She divorced Mr. Holley and married Floyd Niles in El Paso, Texas. They were eventually divorced.
