We started square dancing in 1971, and Ed started calling in 1972. We fell in love with round dancing the first time we saw it, and Karen has been cueing for over 25 years.  We were the caller and cuer for Happy Trails RV Resort in Surprise, AZ for two winters.

At home in Ardmore, OK, we call and cue for the Madill Pacesetters Square Dance Club, and Karen cues for the OC Twirlers Square Dance Club in Oklahoma City and for the Circle K Round Dance Club in Ardmore.

 Our choreography includes Boogie Time JV, Primrose Lane FT, Near You FT, A Naughty Lady TS, Baby, I’m Ready TS, Calahan TS, Two in Love TS, Rockin’ with the Rhythm TS, Little Shop of Horrors II TS, Gina BL, Gozo Cha, Entre Mis Recuerdos BL, Cuando Me Enamoro RB, Kewpie Doll TS, and Juke Box Baby QS/TS.   Several of the dances have been chosen Roundalab round of the quarter or runner-up.

 Karen is a retired Spanish and English teacher, and Ed is retired from the vocational system.  Ed, who has a degree in gold and silversmithing, is also a talented jeweler.  We have two daughters and two grandchildren who are students at OU.

 We are members of Roundalab, Callerlab, ORDA, OSCTA, NTCA, DRDC, and URDC and past presidents of ORDA and OSCTA.
