This months featured Mustang is Tim and Sandy's 1995 Mustang SVT Cobra coupe.
The Cobra is black on both the interior and exterior. They are the second
owner of this car. The previous owner was an Airline Pilot who kept it in
very nice shape and traded it for a '96 Mustang GT convertible that his wife
had to have. Tim thinks the Cobra would have been a much better car to have
kept.
Some specs on the '95 Cobra include:
5.0L V-8 rated at 240HP
Uses base V-6 Mustang springs with a smaller front sway bar and larger
rear one
Larger ABS brakes than stock model
Different front fascia, rear wing, and wheels
White gauges with black markings
All the standard power accessories and A/C are standard
This is the fourth Mustang that Tim has owned. His first was a '65 dark blue
coupe with a 6-cylinder and a 3-speed that he owned betweem 1970 and 1972.
In 1980, he bought a '66 fastback High Country Special that was Columbine
Blue. This car Tim has restored but it still has more work to be done.
Tim also has a '67 fastback project car.
